Bill Stewart is busy at work building a very unique board for Billabong’s “Art of Shaping” event and auction. Never one to rest on his laurels, he has conjured up a very original yet applicable concept. I wish I could tell you more, but I am sworn to secrecy. I will say that it is an impressive undertaking, and will defiantly create surf industry chatter. We will be posting more on this project, when it is ready for presentation at ASR/Sacred Craft in mid August. Bills only condition for submitting this concept board is that it has to be surfed by a top tier surfer before it ends up in the lucky winner’s collection.
