It's Raining Wood at Stewart Surfboards!

The wall of wood

Wow, I cant remember a time when We have had such prime balsa surfboards in our inventory! I thought the last tifecta was spectacular, check out this line up. Top to bottom, A 9’8” Rich Harbour, keyed-in nose and tail blocks. One of Two made 5-6 years ago. The other, I believe is in a Museum. Rich's 50 year anniversary "museum edition" boards are going for $10,000 and are all spoken for. We are asking $5,000. Below that we have an very rare, 11' Hobie Phil Edwards model. Commissioned by the seller, this one off sports a 17 piece glue up, and a Phil Edwards "reverse" skeg. You will not find another; $6,900. We then have an 11' Greg Noll, Jose Angel model, with stunning woodwork, a 33 wood piece glue up! Noll Film logo, signed on the hot coat. An exceptional piece at only $7,400. Scoot down one more to a 9'6" Bill Stewart milled, glued and shaped 21 piece Wood board. A Very nice layup, sure to spruce up any collection or living room; $4000. Below the Stewart, we have a 10'1" Ole. Yup, the real deal. I am sure there are more. Have I ever seen another? nope. I really like the wood inlay around the laminate. Bob Olson fans are a loyal bunch, and rightfully so. this board wont last long at $6,500. Last but not least is a 9'7" Terry Martin shaped version of a Velzy. The blank was actually glued up for Dale, but unfortunately, He never got to it. Terry shaped this for a customer to ride. Own a balsa board for $1990!
