What about exchanges and refunds?
There are no refunds on surfboards.
If your surfboard is still new and unridden and you do not like it for any reason, you may exchange it for another surfboard of equal value. You will need to pay for return shipping to Stewart Surfboards and for the reshipping of your exchanged surfboard. We will gladly refund or exchange product other than surfboards (excluding shipping charges) upon receipt of your returned products within 30 days of purchase date. Please note that we are not liable and / or accountable for any product damaged during shipping. All damage claims must be made with the shipping company responsible for the item’s delivery.
